I'm Jon Kludt, a Certified EOS Implementer® based in the San Diego area. A Certified EOS Implementer® is a full-time professional facilitator and coach who's been trained and vetted by EOS Worldwide. What does an EOS® Implementer do?
A Certified EOS Implementer® is a professional facilitator and coach who guides your leadership team through the Entrepreneurial Operating System® — running your sessions, teaching the tools, and holding the team accountable to actually use them. The goal is for your team to run EOS® on its own, not to depend on the implementer.
Do you only work with San Diego businesses?
Jon is based in the San Diego area and most of his work is on-site with leadership teams across San Diego County. He also works with companies outside the region through travel and virtual sessions.
What's the difference between self-implementing EOS® and hiring a Certified Implementer?
The EOS® tools are free and public, so any company can self-implement. Most leadership teams struggle to sustain it because there's no outside facilitator and no real accountability between sessions. A Certified Implementer brings vetted training, neutral facilitation, and the discipline to keep the system running quarter after quarter.
