Session & Workshop Formats
Focus Day
The first hands-on session in every EOS implementation — built around Traction. Your leadership team builds the Accountability Chart, sets your first quarterly Rocks, identifies the 5–15 Measurables that make up your Scorecard, and installs the Level 10 Meeting with the IDS process. You leave with five foundational tools running and your team operating in the 90-Day World from day one.
Vision Building Day 1
With a month of Traction tools under your belt, your leadership team shifts to Vision. You'll sharpen the five Focus Day tools, then discover and define your Core Values, clarify your Core Focus — your purpose and niche — and set your 10-Year Target. The People Analyzer is introduced so you can start evaluating Right People, Right Seats against GWC and your newly defined values.
Vision Building Day 2
Complete the Vision/Traction Organizer and connect vision to execution. Your team defines your Marketing Strategy — target market, three Uniques, and Proven Process — then builds your 3-Year Picture, sets your 1-Year Plan, resets Rocks aligned to the plan, and creates the long-term Issues List. You leave with every EOS Foundational Tool installed, a complete V/TO your entire leadership team is aligned on, and a system built to run quarter after quarter.
Quarterly Meeting Session
Every 90 days, your leadership team comes together to review the quarter, check in on the vision, resolve key issues, and set the next round of Rocks. The Quarterly session keeps your team aligned, accountable, and focused — ensuring the EOS process stays sharp and your business keeps building momentum quarter after quarter.
Annual Planning Session
Once a year, your leadership team steps back to reset the vision, review the plan, and set the priorities for the year ahead. The Annual Planning session includes a full review of your V/TO, a deep dive into your organizational structure and people, and the setting of annual goals and quarterly Rocks to keep the company on track for the next twelve months.
Self Implementer Session
For leadership teams already running on EOS who need to reset, realign, and sharpen their tools. We go back to the foundation — auditing what's working, fixing what's drifted, and making sure the system is actually running the way it was designed to.
Mid-Manager Rollout
EOS works best when it runs through the entire organization — not just the leadership team. This session rolls the core EOS tools out into your departments, getting your managers aligned, accountable, and running the same system as the leadership team above them.
